Automotive Service Technology
As vehicles continue to evolve, the demand for auto service technicians continues to grow. With our Automotive Service Technology program, you’ll learn how to complete engine repair, as well as care for a vehicle’s transmission, suspension, electrical systems, brakes, and more. You can also opt to take a specialized course for specific manufacturers including Audi, Ford, and more.
- 1800 hours (approximately 18 months full-time)
- Offered at Sheridan Technical College and Atlantic Technical College
Practical Nursing
Our Practical Nursing program prepares our students for a career in nursing at a hospital or extended care facility. The program includes training in a clinical setting, as well as theory and clinical procedures.
After completing the program you’ll receive a certificate in accordance with State guidelines. Then, you’ll be prepared to take the NCLEX-PN licensure examination for a Florida State Board of Nursing license.
- 1350 hours (approximately 12 months full-time)

Web Development
Have an interest in IT? A career in web development can be very rewarding. The Web Development program gives you the expertise you need to design, code, and publish websites. You’ll also learn to develop these websites to be compatible with desktops, mobile devices, and tablets.
Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll be able to confidently perform advanced web design techniques.
