After completing our Optometric Assisting program, you’ll be prepared to assist Optometrist or an Ophthalmologist. Through our Optometric Assisting program, offered at McFatter Technical College in Davie, you’ll learn all of the procedures, processes and equipment that are used in diagnosing, managing and treating eye and vision deficiencies. Through this program you’ll also learn office procedures and protocols so you can train to work in an eye doctor’s office or vision clinic.
